Strategic Planning

After selling a business he ran for 10 years, an acquaintance talked about how the banks kept wanting a 5-year plan.  “Heck our plan was to get up every day and go to work.”  Kudos for him for his tenacity.   Yet, just as there is no substitute for hard work, there is no substitute for strategic planning.

Setting long term goals can seem abstract and unrealistic given the fast paced changes in the environment and marketplace.  Yet without them, there is a lot of wasted energy keeping up with day to day demands.

We provide tools to building strategic plans along with assistance in how to measure key indicators of whether those goals are being met.  Thus shifting of resources, decisions regarding staffing and other critical decisions can be based upon pertinent data.
