Brian Robertson is the co-founder of Holacracy, a system for self-managed, purpose-driven, companies and the author of the book “Holacracy: The New Management System for a Rapidly Changing World”.
Holacracy has been heralded as the solution to organizational challenges but also derided as fostering systems for treating humans mechanistically.
In this webinar, Brian Robertson will sit down with Glenn Marks, PhD to explore what is Holacracy, how it works, Holacracy’s shortcoming, and Brian’s perspectives on the Future of Work.

Brian Haney is program manager and facilitator of healthier, more robust teams at Google. Brian has worked at Google since 2006, and in 2016, he was part of an experiment with Holacracy. These days, Brian has “hacked Holacracy” to better suit his team’s needs and has an in-depth understanding of self-organization, especially within as complex a company as Google.
