It all started when…

I am thrilled to be collaborating with Responsive.Org in a series of webinars in which I will be interviewing innovators and leaders of organizations redefining the workplace.  Not only technologically, but conceptualizing work as opportunities for people to not only grow professionally, but collectively and spiritually.    We kicked off the series with Brian Haney of Google who discussed their brief foray into Holocracy, along with his perspective of how companies stay fresh as the world changes around it. To learn more or to be notified of future events sign up for the Responsive.org newsletter.

Webinar: Holacracy with Brian Robertson

Thursday, May 16, 2019

12:00 PM  1:00 PM

Brian Robertson is the co-founder of Holacracy, a system for self-managed, purpose-driven, companies and the author of the book “Holacracy: The New Management System for a Rapidly Changing World”.

Holacracy has been heralded as the solution to organizational challenges but also derided as fostering systems for treating humans mechanistically.

In this webinar, Brian Robertson will sit down with Glenn Marks, PhD to explore what is Holacracy, how it works, Holacracy’s shortcoming, and Brian’s perspectives on the Future of Work.
